Why do we believe this? Because we are always looking at our competitors with the aim of building homes that stay ahead in quality, design and specification, but importantly we don’t pass the cost onto you.
During construction and before any internal walls are built, our interior architects and designers walk the shell of every house or apartment we build making sure that each individual property’s layout is just as it should be, perfectly balanced.
Internal walls are moved even just a few inches if we feel it would make for a better layout.
After the internal walls are built and the rooms are formed, but before the mechanical and electrical teams start, each internal part of the home for sale then is re-checked against the architectural drawings with the aim of ensuring the finished home is the very best it can be. Our interior designers recheck and confirm the locations of every wall fitting such as switches, sockets, television points, radiators and wardrobes, making sure everything is perfect.
Walking and checking this many rooms takes a lot of people. But, as we are building someone’s home, we know it’s the difference between good and perfect.

The heart of your home
The kitchen is one of the most important rooms in the home for sale – a place where the family gets together and where you have those dinner parties with friends. We understand that everybody loves spending time in the kitchen, so we need to make sure our kitchens are as amazing as they can be.
This means we go through meeting after meeting, both on site and in design studios to make sure every home has its kitchen individually designed to the highest possible quality.
But what really sets us apart from the rest is that our kitchen designs are only signed off by our interior designers and put into manufacturing once the room itself is built. Nothing is left to chance and if we can add that bit of magic to the kitchen layout, which couldn’t possibly have been foreseen at the drawing and design stage, then we will do so.
The kitchen is finished with the very latest integrated and energy saving appliances, all to a high specification, making the heart of the home a very pleasurable space to be.

The bathroom is another immensely important space in any home, for relaxation and respite. At Hodson Developments our bathroom suites exude quality, style and space.
By now, you probably understand that at Hodson Developments we really like our specialists.
And our in-house bathroom designers are just that. With over 20 years of experience, they work closely with the world’s best bathroom suite manufacturers such as Villeroy & Boch, Ducassa, Keuco, Dorn Bracht and Hansgrohe. We also use the very best tiles from Saloni’s designer range and Villeroy & Boch.
Much like our kitchens, our bathroom designs are only checked and signed off once the room is built to ensure the bathroom is the very best it can be. And we always challenge ourselves to improve if we can, either in design or in build. We’re never satisfied with good, it has to be excellent.

Our interior designers make sure the beds, switches, sockets, wardrobes and windows are all in just the right places. So you only have to move in your furniture and make the space your own, safe in the knowledge that everything has been designed and checked with your experience in mind.
