Rigorous and regular inspections
At Hodson Developments we build to only the highest of UK construction standards and Building Regulations. We only ever use UK based industry renown Architects, Engineers and Contractors to design and build all our homes.
To ensure that we deliver the very best quality new homes, every property we build is inspected by independent Building Inspectors and our own in-house Building Managers at key stages throughout the construction process.
These rigorous and regular inspections allow us the opportunity to identify any potential issues and to resolve them well before you move in.
Once your property is complete, it is once again inspected by our Building Managers, Customer First teams and then inspected and signed off but an independent Building Surveyor to ensure your home meets the high standards we’ve become known for.
